Friends of the Redwater Public Library Society
About Us
We were established in 1998/1999.
Since then the main purpose for our group, the Friends of the Redwater Public Library Society (FRPLS), is to raise money for the library through grant applications and fund raisers.
For children we provide Story and Craft Time at the library (check the programs tab for more info).
We also organize and put together school trips through the Ochre Park Elementry School.
Special Events
Throughout the year we host several special events.
Local Author
We approach local authors in the communtity and hold author evenings at least twice a year.
Membership
We can, upon request, provide a free membership.
Meetings
We meet the fourth Tuesday of every month at the Community Services Room in the Town Office
